Res 1963-133 115 RESOLUTION NO. 133-1963 . : RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND ELECTION JUDGES NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof on September 16, 1963, SECTION 1. That on the 1st day of October, 1963, there shall be a City Primary Election for the purpose of voting on the following: ELECTION OF: Municipal Judge Councilman, 1st Ward Councilman, 3rd Ward SECTION 2. That the polling places for said election shall be as follows: Ward 1, Precinct 1 Woodcrest School Ward 1, Precinct 2 Hayes zlementary School Ward 2 Fridley Junior High School Ward 3 Fridley City Hall SECTION 3. That the polling places will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. SECTION 4. • That the following people are hereby appointed to act as judges for said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes in cases of conflict or interest as set forth in Chapter 4, Section 4.05 of the City Charter.
