A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR 1963 SERVICE CONNECTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Ninnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 7th day of October,
1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., to pass upon the proposed assess-
ment for the following named improvements:
A. 1963 Service Connections
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2)
/eeks prior to such meeting.

RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of construction
with respect to the following named improvement to-wit:
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 55
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $85,000.00
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City Clerk shall forth-
with calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for said
improvement against every assessible lot, piece or parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to law.
