A RT,-,SOLUTION DIT-TTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLT FOR SANITARY SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 55
"HEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September, 16,
1963, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Sanitary Sewer & Water Improvement Project No. 55, and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection,
NO1'1, THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLBED By the City Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 7th day of October,
1963, at 8:00 P.M., to pass upon the proposed assessment for:
SANITARY SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 55
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 16TH
DAY 07 SEPTEMBER, 1963.

RESOLUTION NO. 18-A 1962_
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHAIRWOMEN OF THE ELECTION BOARD
WHEREAS, Section 203.23 of Minnesota Statutes provides that the
City Council shall designate one of the appointed judges in each pre-
cinct as the chairwoman, (or chairman) of the Election Board,
NOU, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following election judges
are hereby 3esignated as the cLairwamen of the Election Board and shall
have such duties and responsibilities as is provided for in the law.
