RESOLUTION NO. 146-1963
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TAX LEVY REQUIREMENTS FOR 1964 TO COUNTY OF ANOKA •
FOR COLLECTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley certify to the County
Auditor of the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, the following tax
levy to be levied in 1964.
General Rind $379,604.00
Debt Service- Parks 33,365.00
Contribution to P.E.R.A. 19,111.00
Debt Service Fund - Improvement
Bonds 26,531.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be and is hereby
instructed to levy an amount equal to the sum of 1.00 mills for Firemen's
Relief.
BE IT THER RESOLVED, that the amount herein certified with
respect to the Public Employees Retirement Association is in the amount
required by law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH
DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963.

RESOLUTION NO 147-1963
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CERTAIN DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES TO
THE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION WITHTHE 1963 TAXES
WHEREAS, certain water and sewer charges for the City of
Fridley are delinquent in payment, and,
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance Number 113, Section 1.02 of
the City Charter provides for certifying delinquent charges to the
County Auditor for collection with the taxes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify the following charges to the County
Auditor for collection with 1963 taxes due and payable in the year 1964
to-wit:
All those noted in Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7TH DAY OF OCTOER, 1963, BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDIEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
