RESOLUTION NO. 165-1963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON LOT 6, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 92 AND THE E. 16' OF LOTS 1 AND 4,
BLOCK 1, HERRIG ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been 6ubdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
* That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, to-
wit: Lot 6, Aluditor's Subdivision No. 92 and the E. 16' of Lots 1 and 4,
Block 1, Herrig Addition, may and shall be apportioned and divided as
