RESOLUTION NO. 161963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCELS 910, 930, 940, 970, and 1010, MELOLAND GARDENS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described parcels, to-
wit: Parcels 910, 930, 940, 970, and 1010, Meloland Gardens, may and shall
be apportioned and divided as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 162=1161___
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 20, AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION NO. 92
WEREAS, a water main line was constructed on Gardena Avenue by
Improvement Project No. W-34, and,
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City to assess property abutting
on a main line for lateral charges and Lot 20, Auditor's Subdivision No. 92,
was therefore assessed for a water lateral under Improvement Project No. W-34,
and,
WHEREAS, a water line was also installed under Improvement Project No.
SW-48 which also abutted the above property and the above property was there-'
fore assessed for a water lateral charge on Improvement Project No. SW-48,
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council df' the City of
Fridley that the water lateral charge made under Improvement Project No. W.34
in the amount of $702.40 be abated and any payments made to date on the
above. assessment be refunded.
