A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT 53575
RE: S.P. 0285 (T.H. 694)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to-wit:
To provide for payment by the City to the State of part of the cost of
storm sewer facilities to be c-nstructed by the State which will provide
drainage for Trunk Highways 694 and 47 as well as adjacent City Areas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and they hereby
are autorized to exocute such agreement. .
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 11TH .DAY OF
