A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS S.P. 0285-09 (694-393) E. END
MISSISSIPPI RIVER PR. 6440 to VAIN ST. Y.E. ,
WITEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the improve-
ment of a part of Trunk Highway No. 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694
within the corporate limits of the City of Fridley, from East end of Mississ-
ippi Bridge No. 6440 to Main Street Northeast; and
WHETTAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of High-
Ways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P.
025-09 (T.H. 694 - 393 ) and dated February 1, 1963.

WaREAS, Copies of said plans as so dated, marked, labeled and ident-
ified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS the term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this
resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate
tle plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described;
NOW, THK: BE IT RESOLVED that said plans for te improvement of Trunk
Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694 within the limits
of the City of Fridley be and the same hereby are approved.
PE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said
plans be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any
and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk
Highway Number 694 in accordance with said plans.
PASSED AND ADOPTED T7'IS 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1963 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.

.1.IF,REAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the improve-
ment of a part of Trunk Highway No. 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 694
within the corporate limits of the City of Fridley, from in Street, N.B. to
East Anoka County line. ; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans as so dated, marked, labeled and identified
are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this
resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate
the plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described;

NOW, TITN, RE IT RESOLVED that said plans for the improvement of Trunk
Highway No. 303 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 694 within the limits of the
City of Fridley be and the same hereby are approved.
PE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans
be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby riven to any and all
changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway No. 393
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 694 in accordance with said plans.
