RESOLUTION NO. 13.-i96
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS S.Y. 0285-12 (694-393) ON 53RD
AVENUE N.E. FROM T.H. 47 TO T.H. 65
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the improve-
inent of a part of Trunk Highway No. 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 694
within the corporate limits of the City of Fridley, on 53rd Street from T.H.
47 to Trunk Highway No. 65; and
WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of High-
ways, Saint Paul, Yinnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P.
0285-12 (T.H. 694-393) Minn. I IG 694-5 (28) 223 and dated February 1, 1963,
WHEREAS copies of said plans as so dated, marked, labeled and identified
are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS the term "said plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this
resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate
the plans in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans for the improvement of Trunk
Hieway No. 393 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 694 within the limits of the
City of Fridley be and the same hereby are approved.
PE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said
plans be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to any and
all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway No.
393 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. .694 in accordance with said plans.
PASSED AND ADOPTED T7IS 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1963 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY.

RESOLUTION NO. 184-1963
WHEREAS, this municipality is included within the North Suburban Hospital
District, a district organized and existing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
SectIons 447.31 to 447.37, inclusive, and including the areas of the Cities '
of Columbia Heights and Fridley, and the Villages of Blaine, Circle Pines,
Hilltop, Lexington, Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, by Laws 1963, Chapter 300 the Legislature of the State of Minne-
sota has authorized the detachment of any City or Village from the district by
the procedure provided for dissolution or for organization of the district, wh ich •
.procedure required approval by resolution of the governing body of each of the
municipalities comprising the District, and
WHEREAS, this Council has received and examined 'copies of resolutions
dated April 22, 1963 and July 2, 1963, . Y adopted by the City Council of the
City of Columbia Heights and the Village Council of the Village of Circle
Pines, respectively, requesting that said City and Village be detached from
the District,
NOW, THMEFOR7, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, that the detachment of the City of Columbia Heights and the
Vi71age of Circle Pines from the North Suburban Hospital District, pursuant
to the provisions of Laws 1963, Chapter 300 is approved by the City of Fridley.
