RESOLUTION NO. 191-1963
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CITY RECORDS
MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS OLD
WHEREAS, M. S. A. 412.841 authorizes the destruction of certain
City records more than seven years old, and,
WHEREAS, a list of records has been presented to the Council
with a request in writing that destruction be approved by the Council,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has approved the destruction of such
records in writing.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the
City of Fridley, Minnesota,
1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to des-
troy the following classes of records described in the list submitted
to the Council:
(a). Municipal Liquor Dispensory Cash Register tapes for the
years 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, and 1956.
(b). Employees Time Cards for the years 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953,
1954, 1955, and 1956.
2. Before such records are destroyed, a copy of this resolution
shall be sent to the Minnesota State Archives Commission, and such
records shall not be destroyed, but shall be sent to the Archives Comm-
ission if a petition or application requesting them is' received by
the City within thirty days from the date the resolution is mailed.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 2ND
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1963.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF LOT 6, MELOLAND GARDENS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows
That the assessment levied against the following described parcel,
to-wit: The South 200 feet of Lot 6, Meloland Gardens, may and shall ,
be apportioned and divided as follows:
