WITNESS My hand officially as said Manager and the official seal of the City this day of 196 . 401!4/1 Ill CITY MANAGER (SEAL) RESOLUTION NO. 198-1963 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF HIGHWAYS TO ACT AS AGENT OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY IN RELOCATION OF UTILITIES - SP 0285-03 AND SP 0285-12 (694) AGREEMENT 53837 BE IT R7,SOLVED, that the City enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, To appoint the Commissioner of Highways to act as the agent of the City in the r-location of City owned water mains, sanitary sewers and app rtenances thereto as necessitated by Trunk High- way 694 construction; and to authorize said Commissioner to pay the State's contractor directly for said utility relocation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
