RESOLUTION NO. 20490
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OR RELEASE OF MINNESOTA STATE AID
PUNDS FOR PAYMENT OF CITY'S EXPENSE IN REGARD TO THE IMPROVEMENT
OF PROPOSED 73RD AVENUE NORTHEAST.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley use a sum not to
exceed Ten Thousand and no/100 (a0,000.00) Dollars of its reserve
of Minnesota State Aid Funds for its share of street improvement
in connection with 73rd Avenue N.E.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and the City Manager
be authorized and directed to employ from said funds the necessary sum
to acquire title to the property at 7301 East River Road, N.11;s9 in the
City of Fridley, by a negotiation with the owners and to pay out to
other funds of the City such costs, expense, and assessments that may
be involved with the acquisition of the title to said property.
BE IT FURTU7R RESOLVED that this Resolution serves as a request
for the release of and the payment of Ten Thousand and no/100 ($10,000.00)
Dollars of the Minnesota State Aid inds now held in reserve by the
Minnesota State Department of Highways to the Treasurer of the City of
Fridley.
