AN ORDINANCE RECODIFYING THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE, CHAPTER
102 ENTITLED "POLICE," BY AMENDING SECTION 102.03
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
102.03. ABOLISHMENT OF THE POSITION OF CHIEF OF POLICE
The office of the Chief of Police of the City of Fridley is hereby abolished and
the duties of said office are assigned to and combined with the duties of the
Public Safety Director. (Ref. 575)
