AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, "GENERAL PROVISIONS
AND FEES", BY AMENDING SECTION 11.10
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
