ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
indicated.
Be and is hereby rezoned subject to stipulations adopted at the
City Council meeting of October 17, 1994.
SECTION 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Lot 6, except the East 650 feet thereof and except that part lying
West of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of the Outer Drive of
the State Trunk Highway, Auditor's Subdivision No. 25, Section 24,
Township 30 North, Range 24 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, and Lot
7, except the East 650 feet thereof and except that part thereof
lying West of the Northeast right-of-way line of the Outer Drive
of State Trunk Highway and except the South 55 feet of the West
150 feet of the East 800 feet thereof, Auditor's Subdivision No.
25, Section 24, Township 30 North, Range 24 West, Anoka County,
Minnesota, and Lot 8, except the east 800 feet thereof and except
that part thereof lying west of the Northeasterly right-of-way
line of the Outer Drive of State Trunk Highway, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 25.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District R-3, General
Multiple Dwelling.
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District R-1, Single Family Dwelling to R-3, General Multiple
Family Dwelling.
