AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C
OF THE CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. To vacate a small portion of a drainage and utility easement on
the south property line of Lot 7, Block 2, Blomberg Estates, in
order to correct a garage encroachment, generally located at 7580 '
Brigadoon Place N.E.
All lying in the North Half of Section 12, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated subject to the stipulations adopted at
the City Council meeting of March 20, 1995.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
