AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.06 OF THE CITY CHARTER
DECLARING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO BE SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land within
the City of Fridley, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, described
as follows:
That part of Lot 3, Block 2, Sexter Addition, Anoka County,
Minnesota, lying Northerly of the South 35 feet of said Lot 3,
subject to an easement to the City of Fridley along the easterly
five feet.
SECTION 2. It is hereby determined by the City Council that the City no
longer has any reason to continue to own said property, and the
City is hereby authorized to sell or enter into a contract to sell
said property.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
necessary contracts and deeds to affect the sale of said property.
