AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. To vacate the easterly 93 feet of a ten foot drainage and utility
easement dedicated in the plat of Sandhurst Addition covering the
southerly five feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Sandhurst Addition, lying A
easterly of the westerly ten feet of said Lot 2, and the northerly
five feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Sandhurst Addition, generally located
at 106 Hartman Circle N.E.
All lying in the North Half of Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 28TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1996.
