AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.06 OF THE CITY CHARTER
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF
SECTION 1 The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land
within the City of Fridley, Anoka County, State of
Minnesota, described as follows:
Blocks 2 - 6, inclusive, including vacated streets and
alleys within Moore Lake Addition, Anoka County,
Minnesota.
All lying in the North Half of Section 23, Township 30,
Range 24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, State of
Minnesota.
SECTION 2 It is hereby determined by the City Council that the City
no longer has any reason to continue to own said
property, and the City Council is hereby authorized to
sell or enter into a contract to sell said property.
SECTION 3 The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
the necessary contracts and deeds to affect the sale of
said property.

OF NOVEMBER, 1996.
