AN ORDINANCE RECODIFYING THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE, CHAPTER
205, ENTITLED ZONING , BY AMENDING SECTIONS 205.16.O1.0
BY ADOPTING NEW SECTION 205.16.O1.C. (5)
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 205.16.O1.C. Special Use Permits:
Professional Jewelry Services
(a) All retail sales shall be considered as
an accessory use and shall not comprise more than
25 percent of the floor area.
No exterior signage shall be permitted.
(c) A separate exterior entrance shall not
be created for the retail sales area.
