ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
Be and is hereby rezoned, subject to stipulations adopted at
the City Council meeting of February 24, 1997 .
SECTION 2 . The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as:
Lot 3, Block 1, Central View Manor 2nd Addition, Anoka
County, Minnesota, except the West 10. 94 feet thereof,
said Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Central View Manor, Anoka
County, Minnesota, generally located at 1155 - 73 1.1
Avenue N.E.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District M-1, Light
Industrial.
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned
from Zoned District C-3, General Shopping Center to M-1,
Light Industrial.
