AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.01 OF THE CITY
CHARTER
The Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 11.01 of the City Charter is hereby amended by adding the
following sentence:
"For purposes of this section, public utilities shall include water
works, district heating systems, gas, light, power, heat, wireless or
other communication services, or any other product or service the
public provision of which the City Council, by ordinance, shall
determine to be in the interest of its citizens."
