ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
Be and is hereby rezoned subject to the stipulations
adopted at the September 8, 1997 City Council
meeting.
SECTION 2. The tracts or areas within the County of Anoka and
the City of Fridley and described as:
Lot 2, Block 1, Walnut Addition
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District C-2,
General Business.
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tracts or areas
to be rezoned from Zoned Districts R-1, Single Family
Dwelling to C-2, General Business.
