ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING
DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix C of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
Be and is hereby rezoned subject to the stipulations
adopted at the October 13, 1997 City Council meeting.
SECTION 2. The tracts or areas within the County of Anoka and
the City of Fridley and described as:
The East 210' of the West 810' of the SE 11 of the SE
'A of the NW =i of Section 12, Township 30, Range 24,
Anoka County, Minnesota
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District C-3,
General Shopping Center
SECTION 3 That the Zoning Administrator is director to change
the official zoning map to show said tracts or areas
to be rezoned from Zoned District M-4, Manufacturing
Only to C-3, General Shopping Center District.
