AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY,MINNESOTA,BY ADDING SECTION 2 TO
CHAPTER 506.04,UNATTENDED VEHICLES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
506.04. Unattended Vehicles
1. No person shall stop,park or leave a vehicle unattended upon a street or highway
in the City for a period in excess of 24 hours.
2. No person shall stop.park or leave a vehicle unattended upon a street or highway
in the City between the hours of 2:00 O'clock a.m. and 6:00 O'clock a.m.between the first
day of November of any year,to and including the first day of May of the following year.
