ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA
BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter indicated.
Be and is hereby rezoned subject to the stipulations adopted at the August 23,
1999 City Council Meeting.
SECTION 2. The tracts or areas within the County of Anoka and the City of Fridley and
described as:
Lot 2,Block 1, Anderson Replat,Anoka County Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District M-1, Light Industrial
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official zoning map to
show said tracts or areas to be rezoned from the Zoned district M-4,
Manufacturing Only to M-1, Light Industrial.
