AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 506 OF THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE
PERTAINING TO
UNATTENDED VEHICLES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 506.04 is hereby amended as follows:
506.04 Unattended Vehicles
1. No person shall stop,park or leave a vehicle unattended upon a street or
highway in the City for a period in excess of 24 hours.
2. No person all stop, park or leave a vehicle unattended upon a street or
highway in the City between the hours of 2:00 O'clock a.m. and 6:00
O'clock a.m.between the first day of November of any year, to and
including the first day of May April of the following year.
