Leferred Assets
Construction in progress is the amount expended for the new liquor store being
built, the addition to the Village Fall, the reservoir and the municipal well. Upon
completion these will be transferred to fixed assets.
The principal, interest and taxes represents amounts to be assessed for future
payaents on bands.
Unexpired insurance pre.aittis applisoble to subsequent periods of the liquor
store operations are set forth on Schedule 15.
LAATer Connection
This represents the cost to the Village of the rights to connect to the sower
facilities of the c,ity of Columbia Heights.
Fixed Assets
Summary of Fixed Assets at cost is set forth on schedule f3. Lepreciation has
been computed on assets (if the liquor stores and water depart:lent only.
Liabilities
Reserve for ..onstruction represents the balance of funds available for the
completion of the new liquor store and water facilities.
:';onds yable is the balance of outst,Imdin bonds issued for the various projects
r the Villago.
Reserve for interest is the amount to be paid on the bonds at their maturity.
These '.-Fonds are to be mid out of the earnings from the liquor store and the water and
sewer delxi.rtkont. It also contains the future interest on the Village Call bonds out-
standine.
