RESOLUTION NO. 2015 – 20
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, P.S. #14-04 BY FRIDLEY LAND LLC, THE
PROPERTY OWNER OF 4800 EAST RIVER ROAD NE, TO ALLOW THE
REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 17, 2014, and
recommended approval of said plat; and
ND
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for NORTHERN STACKS 2
ADDITION at their January 5, 2015 meeting; and
ND
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of NORTHERN STACKS 2 ADDITION
at their April 13, 2015 meeting; and
ND
WHEREAS, a copy of the final plat NORTHERN STACKS 2 ADDITION has been attached
as Exhibit A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Final Plat for
ND
NORTHERN STACKS 2 ADDITION and directs the petitioner to record the plat at Anoka
County within six months of this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
