Along with additional a�ciilary work items, inciuding Concrete Vailey
Gutter, Utility Service Connections, Pavement Markings,Traffic Control,
Erosion Control,Turf Restoration,and Driveway Restoration.
A non mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m.on Wednes-
day,April 22nd,2015 at the Fridley Municipal Center.
All in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by James P.
Kosluchar,P.E., Director of Public Works, Fridley Municipal Center,6431
University Ave.NE,Fridley,MN 55432,dated April 8th,2015.
Contract documents may be examined at the office of the Director of
Public Worics.Contract documents may be obtained by check,cash,or

gov to view or purchase contract documents. Contract documents are
available for purchase via the fo4lowi�g optio�s:
1. paper copy including electronic format(CD)for a fee of$75.00.
2. Or electric format(e-mail or CD)for a fee of$25.00.
Bids shail be on the forms provided and must be made on the basis
of cash payment for work,and accompanied by a cash deposit,certified
check(on a responsible bank in the State of Minnesota)or a bidder's bond
made payable without condition to the City of Fridiey, Minnesota,in an
amount of not less than five(5%)perGent of the totai amount of the bid.
The City Councii reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to
waive any informality in any bids received without explanation.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty(60)days.
