Sealed bids wiil be received and publicly opened by the City of Frid-
ley,Anoka County,Minnesota,in the Council Chambers at City Hall,6431
University Avenue N.E.,Fridley,Minnesota 55432(fel.763-571 3450)on
Tuesday,the 5th day of May,2015 at 2:00 p.m.,for the furnishing of work
and materiais for SPRINGBROOK NATURE CENTER IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT.

Fridley,MN 55432.Those attending the pre-bid meeting should check in
at the front desk and you will be directed to the Conference Room.
All in accordance wfth plans and specifications prepared by Partners
&Sirny Architects, 212 West Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55404,
dated April 16th,2015.
Bidding documents prepared by Partners&Simy wili be available for
public inspection at the end of the week of April 13,2015.Bidding docu-
ments will be available for viewi�g at the City of Fridley,The Minnesota
Builders Exchange, Dodge Data&Analytics, www.cmdgroup.com, and
Blue Book.A complete digital copy of the Project Manual and Drawings
are available at www.questcdn.com.Documerrts may be downloaded for

tained directly are the responsibility of the bidder and any related costs
are non-refundable.
Bids shail be on the forms provided and must be made on the basis
of cash payment for work,and accompanied by a cash deposit,certified
check(on a responsible bank in the State of Minnesota)or a bidder's bond
made payable without condition to the City of Fridley, Minnesota, in an
amount of not less than five(5%)pe�ent of the total amount of the bid.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfac-
tory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the final
sum of the full amount of the contract as awarded and provide a Certificate
of Insurance as described and in the amounts listed in the specifications.
The City of Fridley reserves the right to retain the bid security of the
three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty(60)days subsequent
to the opening of the bids.The City Council reserves the right to reject
any and ali bids and to waive any informality in any bids received without
explanation.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty�60)days.
