Bids shall be o�the forms provided and must be made on the hasis
of cash payment for woiic,and accompanied by a cash deposit,certified

made payable without condition to the City of Fridley, Minnesota, in an
amount of noY less than five(5%}pe�ent of the total amount of the bid.
The successful bidder will be requ+red to furnish and pay tor a satisfac-
tory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the final
sum ofi the fiuil amount of the contract as awarded and pmvide a Certificate
of Insurance as described and in the amounts listed in the specifications.
The City of Fridley reserves the right to 2tain the bid security of the
three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty(60)days subsequent
to the opening of the bids.The City Council reserves the right to reject
any and aIi bids and to waive any informality in any bids received without
explanation.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty(60)days.
