2016 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT NO.ST2016-01
WHEAREAS,the City Council of the City of Fridley,Anoka County,Min-
nesota has deemed it expedient to receive evidence pertaining to the im-
provements hereinafter described.
NOW,THEREFORE,NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 25th day
of January, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. the City Council will meet at the Fridley
Municipal Center Council Chambers,6431 University Avenue,N.E.,Fridley,
MN and will at said time and piace hear all parties interested in said im-
provements in whole or in part.
The generat nature of the improvements is the construction(in the lands
and streets noted below)of the foliowing improvements,to-wit:
Street and utility improvements, inciuding asphaft reclaiming, hot mix
bituminous paving, utility improvements,concrete curbing,and miscelia-
neous restoration located as foilows:

All of said land and parcels abutting the list of street segments above
are to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits received by
such improvement. The City Engineer has estimated the project cost to
be$1,488,000. A tabulation of costs is available at the City's Engineering
O�ce. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment for each
property witl be available at the hearing. The City Engineer will be present
to describe the physical and financial impact of the proposed project as
described in the project feasibility report and proposed plans and speci-
fications.
