New Business
Presentation, Anoka County Highway and Transportation, Osborne Road (CSAH 8) Corridor Study. This
presentation will include information about potential road diet, roundabout use on this major road.
Commissioners will have a chance to interact with County transportation planners to discuss the potential for
bicycle and pedestrian improvements along Osborne Rd., which is a County roadway between the Cities of
Spring Lake Park and Fridley. This presentation could lend insight into the future of other multi-modally
challenged east/west roadways, like Mississippi St.
Commissioners Hansen, Foell and Westby will provide an update on the Anoka County Environmental
Comprehensive Plan meeting held in January, where valuable contacts were made.
