Re: Certification of Filing Report
Dear Drew,
The election is over and I am trying to tie up loose ends on candidate financial reports. A
candidate package was provided to you when filed for office in May. Part of that packet had the
financial filing requirements.
Minnesota Statutes Section 211A.05, subdivision1 requires that each candidate to certify to the
filing officer that all reports required by Minnesota Statutes 211A.02 have been submitted or that
the candidate has not received or spent disbursements exceeding$750 in the calendar year. The
certification shall be submitted no later than seven days after the election.
I did send a reminder e-mail on December 14th asking for the report to be completed and
returned. I have enclosed a copy of the report for you to complete and return to me immediately
in the enclosed,pre-stamped envelope.
