Address should be 291 57th Place in application. Address should be added to survey. 2. Surveyor should verify east lot line length, plat indicates 107.64'. Correct as needed. 3. Add temporary silt fencing and rock construction entrance to survey, or alternatively add note that per City Code, builder is responsible to install erosion control including perimeter silt fencing and rock construction entrance prior to construction that prevents offsite sediment discharge and vehicle tracking. 4. Lot requires final grading such that drainage will not discharge to neighboring properties to north and west. 5. Application for driveway (curb cut) permit required. Applicant is encouraged to apply for permit as soon as possible for coordination purposes. 6. Application for utility connection permit required for water and sanitary sewer service.
