RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - 65
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, P.S. #17-04 BY FRIDLEY LAND LLC, TO
ALLOW FURTHER REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTIES GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTH OF THE PROPERTY 4800 EAST RIVER ROAD N.E.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on October 18, 2017, and
recommended approval of said plat; and

WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for NORTHERN STACKS 4
ADDITION at their November 14, 2017 meeting; and
TH
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of NORTHERN STACKS 4 ADDITION
at their December 11, 2017 meeting; and
TH
WHEREAS, a copy of the final plat NORTHERN STACKS 4 ADDITION has been attached
as Exhibit A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Final Plat for

NORTHERN STACKS 4 ADDITION and directs the petitioner to record the plat at Anoka
County within six months of this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
