4th Annual Senior Olympics Senior 49er Events
This year we will again be inviting local
Senior Programs to join us in some Bowling Tournament
friendly competition. The morning starts
out at Sports Spree Fun Park with Minia-
ture Golf, Basketball Toss, Air Hockey,
and the now famous Motorcycle Race!
After lunch, we return to the Community 500 Tournament
Ed Center for lawn and table games. Friday, June 14 9:30am

Casino Trip Well, it's been a long time since our last article. It

Spring is here and that means the start of our Concessions Fundraising Season. Enjoy
the fresh air, the excitement of amateur sports and good of fashion community spirit.
Volunteers are still needed for Monday - Thursday evenings at the Community Park
Ball Fields and Friday - Sunday afternoons at Bob's Produce. The work is not hard and
a lot of fun.
Please contact the Senior Center, 571-1304, if you are available to work the Ball
Fields. It is usually a commitment of about 4 hours every other week with a team of
workers. Marguerite Gilbert and George Morin will be co-chairing this project.
If you are available to help out at Bob's Produce call Chris Gerrety at 571-2768. We
as' volunteers to commit to a few weekends during the summer (Friday lunch, and
Saturday - Sunday from 1 O:3Oam - 3:00pm. Times are approximate) This will begin in
lat April, weather permitting.
Anyone wishing to volunteer can also call the Senior Center for more details. We really
need your help to make this another successful fundraising summer!
