SPRING FLING-FRIDAY, MAY 1.1
Many of you enjoyed the Fall Festival given by the College last November and will likewise enjcy
the 5th Annual Spring Fling. (nota: the Ccmmunity College teacher's strike will not interfer _
with this event) . The events for the afternoon will he in the Campus Center at the college. wit ,
music by the Gerhard Lee Orchestra for your dancing and listening picasure from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
The North Hennepin Senior Chorus will also entertain before dinner er and an art display will be on
exhibit featuring works of Kris Matteson, a teacher at the college. There will be a hot buffet
served from 5:15 - 6:10 p.m. The cost for the buffet is $3.50 with tickets purchased prior to
the event so there will be no waiting in line to register. The bus will either be chartered fro,
North Hennepin Community College or by the Fridley Parks and Recreation Department at $1.50 per
person. Total cost will be $5.00 which includes the buffet and bus transportation.
