RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY, PREPARED FOR THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY BY E.G. RUD & SONS, INC. WITH CONSENT FROM ABCFGS
HOLDINGS, LLC, THE PROPERTY OWNER OF 5851 EAST RIVER ROAD, TO BE
DEEDED TO THE CITY FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 21, 2018, and
recommended approval of the preliminary plat and land survey; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat at their March 12, 2018 meeting;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of FRIDLEY PARK OF COMMERCE and
the REGISTERED LAND SURVEY at their December 17, 2018 meeting; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the REGISTERED LAND SURVEY has been attached as Exhibit A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the REGISTERED
LAND SURVEY PREPARED BY E.G. RUD & SONS, INC. FOR SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP
30, RANGE 24 and directs the petitioner to record the survey at Anoka County within six
months of this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
17TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2018.
