RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, P.S. #18-04 BY SHERMAN ASSOCIATES
DEVELOPMENT LLC, ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY OWNER, THE CITY'S
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, TO ACCOMMODATE THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THREE MULTI -FAMILY BUILDINGS, GENERALLY
LOCATED AT 6050 MAIN STREET NE AND PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS
OF 223024110024, 223024110023, 223024110022, 223024110021, AND 223024110020
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 19, 2018, and
recommended approval of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for FRIDLEY STATION VILLAGE
at their November 13, 2018 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of FRIDLEY STATION VILLAGE at their
April 8, 2019 meeting; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the final plat FRIDLEY STATION VILLAGE has been attached as Exhibit
A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Final Plat for
FRIDLEY STATION VILLAGE and directs the petitioner to record the plat at Anoka County
within six months of this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
8TH DAY OF APRIL 2019.
