ORDINANCE NO. 1372
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.06 OF THE CITY CHARTER
AND MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 465.035
REGARDING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE THEREOF
SECTION 1. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of land within the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
Outlots B and D, Locke Park Pointe, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Anoka County, Minnesota (the “Lots”).
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby determines the following:
A. The City no longer has any reason to continue to own the Lots, and the
City Council is hereby authorized to transfer the Lots to the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Fridley, Minnesota
(the “Authority”) for disposal.
B. The Lots are part of a redevelopment project (the “Project”) undertaken
by the Authority.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the necessary
contracts and deeds to effect the transfer of the above described real estate.
