Congratulations! The City Council appointed you to an at-large position on the Planning Commission at the City Council
meeting on Monday night. Terms on the commissions are for a period of 3 years and begin on April 1. You are filling
out the remainder of the term for a commission member who resigned, and your term will expire on April 1, 2021. At
that time, you will have the option of letting us know if you want to be reappointed to the Planning Commission.
The October 16, 2019, Planning Commission meeting was cancelled. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday,

November 20, 2019. (The Planning Commission meets the 3 Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers on the second level of the Civic Center.) Staff will be contacting you prior to that date.
