RESOLUTION NO. 2020 – 09
A RESOLUTION REVOKING AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL
STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the roads hereinafter
described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota
Laws;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, that the roads described as follows, to-wit:

be and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of
the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, that the roads described as follows, to-wit:

be and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City,
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Minnesota Department of Transportation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward
two (2) certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said roads or portion thereof, that
same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State aid Street of the City of
Fridley, to be numbered and known as a Municipal State Aid Street.
