Hello Roberta,
Minnesota law requires at least one voting member of a Board of Appeal and Equalization to successfully complete this
training once every four years. This online training will be available until 5 p.m. on February 1, 2021. The training is good
for four years. There must be at least one member at each meeting who has completed the course.

That works for me. They still need to be monitored to assure that we have a proper number of them current so I will
have to try that area of Laserfiche to see if I have access to it.

Equalization and also putting a copy in their personnel files.

I think in the past the City Clerk's Office handled them for records retention purposes. From my perspective, the City
Assessor should track and remind the City Council about the training needs, since they are specifically for the Local
Board of Appeal and Equalization. I copied Pat on this e-mail to get his thoughts.
