Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Repeal of Fridley City Code Chapter 405A (Cable
Television Franchise) and Replacement with City Code Chapter 405B (Cable System
Franchise)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota (City) will meet at the
Council Chambers of the Fridley Civic Center, 7071 University Avenue NE, at 7:00p.m. on Monday,
November 9, 2020, to consider Ordinance No. 1385 Renewing the Grant of a Franchise to Comcast
of Arkansas/Louisiana/Minnesota/Mississippi/Tennessee, LLC.
At the time and place fixed for the Public Hearing, the City Council will give all persons who appear
at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposal. Written comments
will be considered if submitted to the office of City Clerk on or before the date of the hearing.
