CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Lund called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

STATE REPRESENTATIVE UPDATE:
Representative Connie Bernady, provided a State legislative update.
APPROVAL OF PROPOSED CONSENT AGENDA
Motion made by Councilmember Bolkcom to approve the proposed consent agenda. Seconded by
Councilmember Tillberry.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, MAYOR LUND DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED
UNANIMOUSLY.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approve the Minutes from the City Council Meeting of June 28, 2021.
OLD BUSINESS
2. Ordinance No. 1391, Amending the Fridley City Code Chapter 206, Building Code (Second Reading).
CLAIMS
3. Approve Claim Nos. 193317 – 193458.
ADOPTION OF REGULAR AGENDA
Motion made by Councilmember Eggert to adopt the regular agenda. Seconded by Councilmember
Ostwald.

REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS
No regular agenda items to consider.
INFORMAL STATUS REPORTS
Councilmember Ostwald announced that the Fridley Tiger Open Golf Tournament fundraiser is on
Monday, August 9 at Greenhaven Golf Course. Proceeds will benefit Fridley High School Football Program.
Mayor Lund said that Fridley Community Theater will be performing in July. Tickets are available now for
$15 for adults. The play will be held at the High School District Auditorium the last two weekends of July.
