MOTION by Commissioner Hansen to nominate Commissioner Foell as interim chair for the March
meeting. SECONDED by Commissioner Klemz. The MOTION PASSED unanimously. Chair Foell called the
meeting to order at 7:09 PM

Ms. Workin requested volunteers for adopt-a-drain promotion. Ms. Workin shared that there would a
metro environmental commission meeting hosted by Conservation Minnesota.
