To: All property owners/residents within 350 feet of the property generally located at 5400 Central Ave. Planning Case Number: Variance 21-01 Applicant: Calichi Design Group. Petitioner or representative must attend the Planning Commission meeting and City Council meeting. Purpose: To reduce the front yard parking setback for the property located at 5400 Central Avenue. The variance is being requested to allow the construction of a new Bank of America building.
