MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Holm called the Housing and Redevelopment Authority meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

ACTION ITEMS
1. Approval of Expenditures
Motion by Commissioner Mulrooney to approve the expenditures. Seconded by Commissioner Backlund.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, CHAIR HOLM DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
2. Approval May 5, 2022, Meeting Minutes
Motion by Commissioner Showalter to approve the meeting minutes of May 5, 2022 as presented.
Seconded by Commissioner Schwankl.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, CHAIR HOLM DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
3. Annual Election of Officers
Chair Holm opened the floor for nominations for Chair.
Commissioner Schwankl nominated Commissioner Showalter for the position of Chair.
Motion by Commissioner Backlund to close nominations and elect Showalter as Chair.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, CHAIR HOLM DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Chair Holm opened the floor for nominations for Vice Chair.
Commissioner Schwankl nominated Commissioner Mulrooney for Vice Chair.
Motion by Commissioner Showalter to close nominations and elect Commissioner Mulrooney as Vice
Chair.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, CHAIR HOLM DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
INFORMATIONAL ITEMS
4. Update on Housing Programs
Mr. Bolin provided an update on the loan programs, remodeling and Home Energy Squad visits, and
other HRA grant program activity from the past year as well as year to date totals.
Mr. Bolin recognized Chair Holm’s upcoming retirement from the HRA and highlighted the
accomplishments that have been made during his time on the HRA.
Chair Holm thanked staff for the recognition and stated that he has enjoyed his time on the HRA and
appreciates the efforts of staff, the work they accomplish, and the partnerships that make the HRA
projects possible.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Commissioner Backlund to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Mulrooney.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, CHAIRPERSON HOLM DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED AND
THE MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:12 P.M.
